Our Standard stainless steel mirror image panel construction built to commercial specification trailer is assembled using the most secure materials and methods in the industries. Stainless Steel Sheets are secured with superior strength solid rivets and stainless mechanical fasteners unlike the tape or pop rivets that completion utilizes, all structural components are attached with stainless steel huck bolts assuring positive connections.
All hardware latches, and hinges are of the highest quality designed to last for the life of the trailer. Durable stall dividers and spring loaded post for easy removal are commercial grade for ease of operation and maximum longevity.
All Windows and window protection bars over windows are commercial transportation grade. Maximum size windows are standard for maximum air circulation.
Doors are all aluminum frames with stainless steels exterior panel covers with positive locking mechanisms; doors can be open and securely fastened when trailer is running for increased air circulation.
Low voltage LED premium quality interior and exterior lighting is standard 80 in total. Lower LED Cargo storage box lights are standard Digital cameras are standard. Spring loaded ramps for easy handling are standard. Cargo storage boxes are standard. Divider pole racks inside walls of the cargo storage boxes for easy clean storing are standard. Two easy pull out loading ramps are standard. Double drop type trailer with 10Ft. front upper deck, 102 inch wide is standard. Hendrickson Intrax air ride suspension is standard. Out side Aluminum Wheels are standard Exterior trim paint to match your rig is standard. Aluminum roof with extra roof bows are standard.
Stalls in the horse area are extra wide and long. And the standard 13'6" out side height provides maximum head clearance for your taller horses in the upper decks with screens to convert straight dividers to full height box stalls. Higher interior heights and wider stall spaces give the big horses a comfortable space that won’t make them feel boxed in by using our standard setting for box stall conversion your horse will be more then comfortable. Inside tie loops two per horse at front of horse compartment. Only the highest quality hardware and flooring material is used. Only the best available materials and components are used to assure comfort and safety for your horses. Oak hardwood tongue and grove planks 48 inches height on the kick wall assures added durability and protects your horse and trailer from swift kicks. All trailer ceilings and upper walls feature the standard Ballistic™ liner. This popular liner keeps the trailer cooler and reduces the possibility of condensation in the cooler months.
